I had a wonderful time staying at this charming manor. The picturesque view of the garden, forest, and mountains in the distance was a delight to wake up to. The two sunny days during our stay added to the beauty of the surroundings. Meeting the landlord's majestic peacock and adorable dogs was a bonus. The hostess prepared delicious breakfast and dinner, and the host happily gave us a fascinating tour of the house, sharing stories about the antique furniture and paintings. The friendly service made our stay even more enjoyable.
Would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and plenty of storage space for our belongings. We really enjoyed the fourposter bed and the cozy sofa to relax on. Another great feature was the option to use most of the rooms on the ground floor, which were all beautifully decorated in a grand house style. Being able to explore and make use of these spaces added to the overall charm of our stay.
One aspect we disliked was the limited choice at breakfast. It would have been nice to have a wider variety to choose from.

Beautifully decorated country home with warm and inviting bedrooms. Graham and Sheena, the hosts, are incredibly kind and thoughtful. There's a reading room, dining room, snooker room, and more to explore. Lovely grounds with woodland walks. Excellent breakfasts.
Felt like part of the family, no complaints whatsoever.
